After the In home assessments we will coordinate all of the resources to match you with the best suitable caregiver available and develop personalized plan of care based on your needs. Our team consists of Care Managers, Nurses, Marketing Staff, Home Health Aides, CNA’s Companions, Personal Care Attendants, Medical Assistants and Support Staff.

We adhere to rigorous recruitment and screening standards. We verify: education, training, work experience, criminal report, fingerprinting,certifications, diplomas, reference letters, drivers license, social security card, physical, TB clearance First aid, CPR certification, DMV report and auto insurance. Each prospective staff member must successfully complete in office application, interview, testing, and state mandated health screening.

Once screening is complete, each Stay Safe Home Care Inc. employee undergoes in office orientation, training, and performance review. Each employee is required to complete continuing education every year.
